SWK/SWM Quick-Change System Kit for
core drilling rigs The SWK/SWM Quick-Change System Kit is a solution for the quick and easy replacement of diamond core bits. It is compatible with core drilling machines featuring a 1 1/4 UNC external thread, as well as diamond core bits with a 1 1/4 UNC internal thread. It enables tools or attachments to be changed quickly without the need for time-consuming unscrewing.
The SWK/SWM quick-change system set is robust and can be used for both wet and dry applications; it is suitable for diamond core drilling machines as well as soft-hammer core drilling machines. Our set comprises the SWM machine adapter, which is fitted to the core drilling machine, and the SWK diamond core bit adapter, to which the core bit is attached. To make changing bits even easier and more efficient, we recommend using an SWK-type adapter for each core bit.
Quick-change adapters are ideal for use with drill bits up to a maximum size of 350 mm. These adapters ensure that you can carry out the required drilling precisely and efficiently, without having to worry about the diamond core bit slipping or the adapter being unable to hold the core bit securely.
