SDS Plus to 1 1/4" UNC adapter: Core bits with UNC thread for use with a hammer drill
The adapter is ideal for core bits with 1 1/4" UNC on a hammer drill: SDS Plus to 1 1/4" UNC external thread. Made from a single piece, there are no joints that could come loose. Suitable for hammer drills with SDS Plus in pure drilling mode without hammer action, particularly for small diameters.

SDS Plus to 1 1/4" UNC adapter
This adapter is ideal for use with 1 1/4" UNC drill bits on an SDS-Plus hammer drill; it is the connection for our long dry and Wet diamond core bits: SDS-Plus to 1 1/4" UNC external thread, machined from a single piece. For back box cutters and core bits with an M16 thread, we offer our SDS Plus to M16 adapter.
Thread and shank
The adapter is inserted into the SDS-Plus chuck like a drill bit and locks into place; the core bit is then screwed onto the UNC thread at the front. As the adapter is machined from a single piece, there is no joint between the chuck and the thread that could come loose, and therefore no ejector wedge is required.

Compatible core bits and tools
The diamond tool runs on a hammer drill in pure drilling mode without percussion. For dry drilling with an SDS-Plus hammer drill, our 1 1/4" UNC dry diamond core bits with a working length of 400 mm are available in 20 diameters ranging from Ø 32 to 202 mm, suitable for concrete, masonry, brick, lightweight concrete and concrete blocks. The lightweight SDS-Plus drills are particularly effective at safely drilling through smaller diameters. If the wall is thicker than the core bit is long, our 1 1/4" UNC extension adds 100, 250 or 500 mm.
