VP113/PRO vacuum pump for core drill stands, mounting without dowels

The VP113/PRO is our vacuum pump for core drill stands: 430 watts, 113 l/min suction capacity, 0.7 bar vacuum, approx. 4 m coiled hose, 14.3 kg, for floor and wall mounting.

For stands without their own vacuum connection, our VGP420/PRO vacuum plate is required; together, the two form the complete Vacuum fixing.

Suction capacity and vacuum

The 430-watt motor extracts air from beneath the plate or stand base until the vacuum reaches 0.7 bar. This is the minimum value required for the plate and stand to hold securely; the pump’s vacuum gauge indicates when drilling may commence. The pump continues to run whilst drilling and maintains this value.

Connection and hose

The coiled hose, with a working length of approximately 4 m, connects the pump to a base plate or stand, with the pump positioned away from the drilling site. The tubular vacuum tank also serves as a carrying handle, whilst four feet keep the 14.3 kg pump securely in place. After use, the tank is vented via the vent valve and the condensate is drained from the water separator.

Protective functions

• Thermal switch: Shuts off the pump in the event of overheating or insufficient mains voltage.
• Water separator with filter element: Keeps dust and moisture from the intake air away from the pump. Once the filter element is saturated, the separator is replaced to maintain full suction capacity.

Compatible base plate and core drill stand

The pump secures core drill stands in two ways. Stands without their own vacuum connection – whether supplied by us or by other manufacturers – rest on the Vacuum plate, which the pump secures by suction. Our IDS stands already have the vacuum adapter integrated into the base plate; the hose connects directly to the stand there, so a plate is not required. In both cases, the following applies: only floor and wall mounting; ceiling drilling with vacuum is prohibited.

• Vacuum plate VGP420/PRO: For stands without a vacuum connection, up to 25 kg system weight, drilling up to Ø 162 mm on the floor and Ø 102 mm on the wall.
• IDS252/V-PRO: Core drill stand up to Ø 252 mm with built-in vacuum mount, for equipment with a 60 mm clamping collar. Requires only the pump.
• IDS352/V-PRO: The heavy-duty model up to Ø 352 mm, also with built-in vacuum mount. Requires only the pump.

Scope of delivery

The VP113/PRO comes with a vacuum hose, useful length approx. 4 m, and an instruction manual. The vacuum plate and Core drill stand are not included.
