The cord threaded rod is 210 mm long and has an M12 thread for the concrete anchor. It is ideal as a replacement or second rod in the Kordel-Fix system. Compatible with our Kordel-Fix nuts.

210 mm threaded rod with M12 thread for concrete wall plugs and Kordel-Fix nut
The threaded rod is ideal for core drills that use the Kordel-Fix system and require a rod for the anchor, either as a replacement or as a second rod for the next drilling point: 210 mm long, with an M12 thread for the concrete anchor and a rod diameter of 17 mm, onto which the Kordel-Fix nut is fitted. It can be reused time and again and only needs replacing once the M12 thread is worn out. Our rods with concrete threads, available in 220 mm and 270 mm, screw directly into the concrete and do not require a wall plug.
How to fix the post
An M12 concrete anchor is inserted at the drilling point and the rod is screwed in using its M12 end. To do this, it has an 8 mm cross-hole at the top end, into which any round pin fits as a lever; a spanner is not required. The stand base, with its slot or groove, is then placed over the rod and the Kordel-Fix nut is screwed on. If the holding force weakens or the thread becomes worn, a new rod is inserted into the anchor.

Compatible with these core drill stands
The rod accommodates both Kordel-Fix nuts; the nut size depends on the stand, as specified in its product description:
- KBS252/Light-K and IDS252/V-PRO: with size L nut.
- IDS352/V-PRO: also with size L nut.
- KBS252/PRO, KBS352/PRO, KBS352/XL-PRO and KBS502/PRO: with size xl nut.
- TBS3000/PRO: Our telescopic stand does not require a rod; it is braced between the floor and the ceiling.

What else is required
The rod alone does not hold the stand in place: you’ll also need our Kordel-Fix nut L or Kordel-Fix nut xl, one M12 concrete anchor per drilling point, and our setting iron for driving them in. The rod and nut are also available together as the Kordel-Fix Set L or Kordel-Fix Set xl.
