The diamond grinding disc is ideal for coarse grinding of hard concrete floors using a floor grinder: Ø 250 mm, 20 premium segments in grit size 30, for wet and dry use.

The diamond grinding disc for hard floors is ideal for the flat, even coarse grinding of hard concrete floors: Ø 250 mm with 20 premium segments in grit size 30, suitable for concrete up to C50. It removes large amounts of material quickly and leaves a rough but even surface for the next steps, whether wet or dry.
Segments and construction
The 20 segments, each measuring 40 x 10 x 10 mm, sit flat and exposed on the disc. Thanks to the open design, the extraction system works much more effectively via an Industrial vacuum cleaner during dry grinding. No pressure needs to be applied to the machine, which makes working on large surfaces easier and produces a very clean finish.

Materials
Determine the hardness of the concrete before grinding, as this determines which disc to use: concrete up to compressive strength class C50/60 is considered hard, C40 is medium-hard, and C30 is soft. For hard concrete, the bond should be set to soft so that the segments retain their grip. For medium-hard concrete up to C40, use our grinding disc for medium-hard floors; for soft concrete up to C30, use our grinding disc for soft floors. If there is paint or varnish on the floor, our grinding disc with a grit size of 16 is the coarser option. After using the pad, you can proceed step by step to a polished finish using our diamond sanding pads with grit sizes ranging from 50 to 1500.

Compatible machines
The disc is screwed directly onto the grinding head using the four M12 x 25 countersunk screws supplied with our floor grinders, tightened to 70 Nm. No adapter holder is required.
- BSM250/E-PRO: 2200 watts, fixed speed, the straightforward machine for removal and levelling.
- BSM250/Xtrem: 2500 watts brushless, continuously variable speed from 400 to 2000 rpm, from coarse sanding to polishing.
- Adapter plate Ø 250 mm: Screwed on in place of the disc, it holds diamond grinding shoes and pads via a quick-change system, which is useful when changing grit sizes frequently.
