The TS38/HEPA is ideal for extracting concrete, quartz and sanding dust directly from power tools: dust class H, 1,200 watts, 262 m³/h at 250 mbar, 38-litre container. Weighing just 13.5 kg, it’s easy to move from room to room.

TS38/HEPA industrial vacuum cleaner, dust class H, for use with power tools
The TS38/HEPA is our compact industrial vacuum cleaner in dust class H: 1200 watts, 262 m³/h airflow, 250 mbar vacuum pressure, 38-litre container, two H13 HEPA filters with automatic cleaning, 13.5 kg, for dry, non-flammable and non-hazardous dust.
For large volumes of dust and continuous use with continuous-feed bags, we offer our TS1000/PRO and the more powerful TS2000/PRO with two motors.
Application and dust class
The TS38/HEPA collects dry, non-combustible dust, including health-hazardous dust such as concrete, quartz and grinding dust. Dust class H in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69 means: a maximum penetration rate of less than 0.005 per cent, making it approved for carcinogenic and mineral dusts. It is connected to drills and grinders and cleans construction and commercial premises using a floor brush and crevice nozzle.

Suction capacity and filter
The 1200-watt motor generates an air flow of 262 m³/h at a negative pressure of 250 mbar. The air first flows into the 38-litre container and through the dust bag, which collects the coarse particles, then through two H13-class HEPA filters, on the outer surface of which the fine dust settles. As the filters are cleaned alternately during operation, suction power remains consistent throughout the working day.

Additional functions
- Automatic filter cleaning: The two HEPA filters are cleaned mechanically in turn, whilst the other continues to filter. The dislodged dust falls into the container.
- Automatic power socket for tools: Power tools up to 1200 W can be plugged into the vacuum cleaner. In AUTO mode, the vacuum cleaner starts up with the tool and continues to run for 7 seconds after it is switched off to ensure the hose and tube are completely emptied.
- Airflow control: Adjusts the suction power on the control panel to suit the surface and task; it can also be adjusted using the adjustment ring on the hose.
- Filter contamination indicator: Lights up when the HEPA filters need replacing.
Emptying and transport
To empty the vacuum, open the two quick-release fasteners and remove the upper section; seal the opening of the dust bag with the cap and remove the bag whilst it is still closed. It is also possible to use the vacuum without a bag, in which case the container is emptied directly; however, using a bag ensures a cleaner disposal process. Two wheels and two swivel castors with locking brakes support the compact vacuum cleaner, whilst the 6-metre cable reaches to the nearest socket.
